Crippling illness that you could fall victim too, if like the majority of people, you too have fallen victim to the powerful marketing strategies of the multi billion dollar dairy industry to create the ‘false’ need that we need to drink the maternal milk of another species…
Is Milk Really Bad For You?
Many people are convinced by subliminal and criminal marketing tactics that pasteurized, intensively farmed and chemically treated cow’s milk is a great source of protein and good for bones and health. Nothing could be further from the truth! We can certainly guarantee that cows milk is in no way going to assist your efforts to build your lean, strong, healthy body, nor will it lend itself well to your long term health and fitness goals. Milk is the sinister enemy that you are potentially addicted to that is secretly causing you consistent harm.
So What’s Not Good With Cow’s Milk?
It is indeed true fact that in laboratory testing cow’s milk does score low on the glycaemic index (GI), yielding a respectably low GI score and attractive 27. Isn’t that just perfect from what you want as a food source that is a blend of protein, carbohydrates and fats? Well, let’s look past that surface level of marketing analyses that is used by spin doctors to drive the sales of the billion dollar dairy farming industry’s. The actual bad news, is outside of the laboratory, and in the REAL WORLD, where you and I live, the Glycaemic Index means absolutely jack squat nothing. In the real world, where our body’s pay zero attention to isolated compound testing and GI charts, we are affected by the digestive process and the overall Insulin Load (IL) and Insulin Index (II) of a food, and that, paradoxically, is frightening for milk which scores an all time abysmal ultra high effect on insulin. That’s correct, milk, as any other bovine dairy product (such as your favorite whey protein shake) is going to be classed as highly insulinogenic, pumping out levels of insulin no different than sitting down to enjoying a giant bowl of sugar dusted fairy cakes and chased down with a full sugar cola drink of choice – yup, that’s right, drinking milk and whey protein is going to send your insulin on a roller coaster ride to hell.
As we all know, the human body responds to signals by the cascade and release of hormones following the stimulus, and this is where we need to pay close attention to milk. By this, what we are alluding to, is that any time you ingest food (or a beverage) your body responds to the influx of nutrients flooding the bloodstream after digestion, by releasing the storage hormone insulin via the pancreas, in relation to the stimulus provided. Drinking cows milk, along with other foods that have a high insulinemic effect result in a rapid rise in blood sugar, followed by a subsequent rocketing of insulin storage hormone, that depletes the sugar from the blood stream urgently converting it to tri glycerides and pumping that right into fat cells for storing. Insulin hormone itself breaks down into tri glyceride for storage, your insulin response in blunted and less active in the future making fat gain and nutrient handling weakened, whilst your blood sugar crashes too low and initiates the typical hunger pangs response, light headed, lack of energy, irritability and aggressive moods that are linked to low blood sugar induced after consuming high II response foods.
Cow’s milk has been studies by the Lund University in Sweden, where it has been shown that the insulin index of milk is actually a whopping 90 – 98, which puts milk on par with the base testing food used in the lab that scores this high on both the GI and II scale – processed white bread. The conclusions from the study and other studies were that milk products appear insulinotropic as judged from a 3-fold to 6-fold higher insulinemic indexes than expected from the corresponding glycaemic indexes. Bottom line is that cows milk is most likely a key culprit in making you gain fat, stay fat and feel crap.

Bottom line is, removing just a little cows milk from your diet will have a profound positive effect on the look of your body and how you feel, but if we want to really expose milk for the fraud that it is, you will need to look a little more into the science and manufacturing process.
Cow’s milk, we all have to agree, is of course designed in nature to be consumed by baby cows. That’s just common sense correct? Well, first up, the baby calf drinks the maternal milk raw, not chemically treated and heat treated to destruction through pasteurization. The actual process of pasteurizing the maternal milk of another species for mass scale distribution and killing bacteria is intensely damaging to the chemical structure and molecular make up of the milk itself. The process of pasteurization causes the milk product to become acidic, and that pH shift is extremely detrimental to your health, and actually a critical piece of the puzzle that exposes dairy marketing companies for the fraudulent marketing they put out on the market place to entice you to drink their intensively farmed produce. Acidic foods play havoc with the finely balanced pH environment of the human body and get this – acidic food LEACH calcium from your body and bones.
Cows Milk – It Makes Sense For Baby Cows – Bad News If You Ain’t A Calf
Look, let’s face it, human baby’s stop drinking mothers milk once they are weaned, and guess what, the baby calf ceases to drink it’s maternal mother’s cows milk also once it is weaned. You don’t see adult cow’s drinking up a pint of maternal milk with their breakfast of grass do you? No, because it isn’t the correct nutritional profile for the cow once it’s stomach has matured and able to consume the correct nutrient specific food the animal is designed to digest and thrive off. The same principle applied to every single mammalian species on the planet. It is both bizarre and a little sinister that humans (thanks to mass manufacturing dairy conglomerates) adopted the most peculiar habit of drinking the harvested and processed maternal milk of another animal.
PRAL – also known as positive renal acid load. Google that and sit back and digest the information. Then think on that for every time you consume a whey protein shake or a milk based product. Milk has a very high PRAL, which triggers the body’s natural and essential biological defense mechanism to urgently neutralize the offending acidic state before it reaches and damages the kidneys. Your body is designed for survival, and must find the quickest route to neutralize the offending acid that has entered the body (stupidly by your own consumption, and probably triggered by your mis-conception through mass marketing efforts of global dairy corporations that milk is meant to be good for you!). To neutralize that positive renal acid load stress you have placed upon your delicate organism the body leaches calcium (your quickest and easiest resource for alkalinity) rapidly from your largest reserves, your bones, and quite simply sacrifices bone density in a bid to restore the delicate pH balance of the body. Not criminal or too stressful if it happens once in a while, but if you are a consistent offender and drinking cow’s milk products on a regular basis, you are putting your body under undue and unnatural stress to the point where you are leaching calcium from your bones to neutralize the acidic (due to pasteurization treatment techniques) of the milk. Quite the opposite story you may have been fed that cow’s milk is great for bones eh?!
That is because modern farmed milk is a PROCESSED FOOD, and no longer in a raw state.
Now you will probably not be too surprised to hear that cow’s in intensive dairy farms are pumped full of designer drugs, unkown drugs, chemicals, IGF-1, growth hormones, antibiotics and other serious drugs linked to cancer and other degenerative diseases. On top of all of these nasty chemicals that are making their way into your body through this type of chemical treatment to your food, you will obviously like to know as we finish up this article, that the massive heat treatment through pasteurization is what leads the actual protein to become damaged at a molecular level – leaving the proteins ‘sticky’ and useless to your gut when it comes to digestion and utilization. Milk protein contains lactose, a sticky type of milk sugar, that adult humans cannot even digest (as we lack the digestive enzyme lactase). This is a no brainer, and alarm bells should be ringing in your ears right now – to prove to you that we should not be drinking the harvested maternal milk of another species! The inability of your stomach to even be able to digest milk, leads to many top level stomach issues such as bloating, discomfort, gas and at a more sinister hidden level has been linked to bowel cancer, colon cancer, diabetes and a whole flurry of digestive complications from the sticky proteins and sugars clogging up and damaging your digestive system. Weight gain, acid reflux, bloating, flatulance and general sluggishness and tiredness have all been linked to the consumption of dairy products and cows milk.
